About the job
The Growth Engine is a marketing agency based in Delhi. A lot of our work runs on systems we build ourselves: automations that move leads between tools, chatbots that answer enquiries and book calls, internal dashboards, and websites and funnels for clients. We are hiring one engineer to own this work.
We build with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and the like) and expect you to do the same. Use them as much as you want. You just need to understand what you ship well enough to fix it when it breaks.
What you'll do
- –Build chatbots and AI agents that answer enquiries, qualify leads, and book calls
- –Set up automations with n8n, Make, Zapier, GoHighLevel, and APIs
- –Build internal tools and dashboards for the team
- –Build landing pages, funnels, CRM setups, and reporting for clients
- –Take a task from a rough brief to live and working, without hand-holding
What we're looking for
- –You have built things people actually use. Side projects count, tutorials do not.
- –Comfortable with no-code tools, APIs, and some real code
- –Good with AI tools, and able to tell when their output is wrong
- –Able to work from a loose brief and figure the rest out yourself
- –Basic understanding of marketing: leads, funnels, CRMs
Nice to have
- –A chatbot or AI agent you have shipped
- –GoHighLevel, n8n, or Make experience
- –A marketing or agency background
